델파이기법을 활용한 스포츠창업의 핵심 성공요인 도출

초록
본 연구의 목적은 델파이기법을 통해 스포츠창업의 핵심 성공요인을 도출함으로써 20~30대 예비, 초기 스포츠창업가에게 전문성 신장에 관한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 델파이 설문조사를 위해 스포츠산업 분야에서 창업 혹은 연구 경험이 풍부한 전문가 20명을 구성한 후 2021년 5월 초부터 7월 말까지 3회에 걸쳐 반복 설문으로 진행됐다. 타당도와 신뢰도를 향상하기 위해 CVR, 수렴도, 합의도, 연구참여자 확인법, 동료 검토법을 활용했다. 연구 결과, 첫째, ‘창업자의 특성’ 영역의 핵심 성공요인에는 ‘스포츠에 대한 열정’, ‘창의 ‧ 혁신성’, ‘대인관계 능력’ 등 총 13개 요인이 도출되었다. 둘째, ‘창업 준비’ 영역의 핵심 성공요인은 ‘수익모델 수립’, ‘초기 자본금 마련’, ‘인적 네트워크 확보’ 등 총 9개 요인이 도출되었다. 셋째, ‘창업 전략’ 요인에는 ‘지속가능성 전략’, ‘마케팅 전략’, ‘고객경험관리 전략’ 등 총 6개 요인이 도출되었다. 넷째, ‘창업 환경’ 요인은 ‘4차 산업혁명 도래’, ‘정부와 지자체의 창업지원’, ‘스포츠산업의 성장’ 등 총 7개 요인이 도출되었다. 따라서 20~30대 예비, 초기 스포츠창업가들은 창업 성공률을 높이기 위해 해당 핵심역량들을 키울 수 있도록 각고의 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to provide useful information on professional development to preliminary or early sports founders by deriving key success factors for youth sports start-ups through Delphi techniques. For the Delphi survey, we invited 20 experts with ample experience in start-ups or research in the sports industry. The survey was repeated three times from early May to the end of July 2021. We used CVR(content validity ration), convergence, consensus, research participant confirmation method, and peer review method for validity and reliability. As a result, the key success factors in the ‘founder’s characteristics’ areas were ‘passion for sports,’ ‘creativity,’ ‘personal relationship ability,’ etc. Key success factors in the ‘start-up preparation’ areas were ‘profit model establishment,’ ‘early capital preparation,’ ‘securing human networks,’ etc. Key success factors in the ‘start-up strategy’ areas were ‘sustainability strategy,’ ‘marketing strategy,’ ‘customer experience management strategy,’ etc. Key success factors in the ‘start-up environment’ area were ‘the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution,’ ‘support for start-ups of the government and local governments,’ ‘positive perception of start-ups,’ etc. Therefore, young sports entrepreneurs should develop their core competencies to increase the success rate of start-ups.
