대졸자의 ICT 창업 현황 및 창업 촉진 방안

Today, the startup is emphasized as a way to solve the job problem of young people, and in particular, the importance and interest in the ICT startup based on innovative technologies are increasing. Therefore, this study conducted an exploratory study on whether college graduates are doing ICT startups well. This study analyzed data from the 2017 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey, and conducted in-depth interviews with college students and experts to supplement the analysis results. As a result of the analysis, the founding rate of college graduates was about 1.0%, and among the founders, ICT founders were found to be 10.7%. And founders were a little older than those who were employed. In the case of ICT founders, the rate of startup with partners was higher than alone, and they had a lot of difficulties in securing technology or collecting information when starting a business. Through in-depth interviews, an environment that makes if easier to carry out ICT startups than in the past is gradually being created, but some experts pointed out that there is a need to improve startup support programs promoted by universities and governments. This study will be meaningful in that it has analyzed through both quantitative and qualitative methods about startups that are difficult for college graduates to actually implement. In the future, it will be necessary to create an environment where students can experience the startup from college, and to establish a system in which excellent startup companies can develop and grow continuously.
