The study executed Smart-PLS model analysis to explore the satisfaction measurement for logistics outsourcing especially after the situation where uncertainty of shipper companies affects pre-transaction factors such as competitive bidding and flexible contract and then, goes through post transaction factors such as information sharing and establishing trust and co-operation. First, shipping companies execute a competitive bidding to overcome the uncertainty of logistics environment and then, make a flexible contract in the course of entering a contract with chosen logistics companies through a competitive bidding. Second, a competitive bidding has a positive impact on sharing information but not on establishing trust and co-operation. Third, a flexible contract has not a beneficial influence on information sharing but on establishing trust and co-operation. Lastly, sharing information has not a positive impact on satisfactory but on establishing trust which positively leads to collaboration. Through PLS-MGS analysis, the awareness difference between shipping and logistics companies. The process of competitive bidding is considered more important for shipper companies; however, logistics companies recognizes that the subsequent flexible contract signing process is more important than competitive bidding. Lastly, the paper propses a plan for mutual growth between shippers and logistics companies.
