A study on ways to Activate sustainable management activities of socially innovative enterprise

This study was intended to provide an exploratory study on ways to activate sustainable management activities of socially innovative enterprise in the COVID-19 pandemic along with rapid technological innovation changes. To this end, the concepts of social innovative enterprise and sustainable management activities were defined based on prior research on social innovative enterprise and sustainable management activities. Based on exploratory considerations on the results of previous research, this study established the following ways to activate sustainable management activities for the survival and growth of socially innovative enterprises. First, the company’s top management and organizational members both recognized the importance of sustainable manage- ment activities and required continuous practice. Second, the need to create a sound ecosystem for sustainable management activities together with various stake- holders of the organization emerged. Third, the necessity of establishing and executing a company-wide strategy for sustainable management activities based on international standardization was required. Fourth, the strategic transformation for long-term profit rather than short-term profit should be emphasized in sustainable management activities. Fifth, sustainable management activities were required to form a continuous trusting relationship with stake-holders in terms of improving the execution ability considering the characteristics of the enterprise
