혁신 중개조직 간 협업방안 : 세종지역 중심으로

This study proposed a plan to create a cooperative system between innovative intermediaries that perform functions to foster regional innovation and economic development. The subject of this study is to present col- laboration plans for the Creative Economy Innovation Center and Techno-Park, which are Innovative intermedi- aries in Sejong. The collaboration framework was reconstructed and presented by synthesizing the collaboration indicators identified by the review of the collaboration theory literature. A case study was conducted to confirm the accuracy and validity of the collaboration framework, and reviewed the accuracy and validity by analyzing the contents of the study subject status, public institution collaboration cases, and interviews with innovative brokers. As for the cooperation plan between innovation intermediaries, first, it is necessary to set the direction of collaboration by matching the areas of joint goals between institutions. Second, the will of the head of the agency influences the formation of the scale of collaboration and the perception of members. Third, compensa- tion support systems such as personnel and economy should be prepared for employees participating in col- laboration. The research results of this paper will be helpful in creating a cooperative system between innovative brokers in small and medium-sized cities such as Sejong City and new cities in developing countries in similar environments.
