사회혁신기업의 ESG에 관한 연구

With the recent advancement of the industrial economy, many social problems such as income inequality, low growth, an aging population, and climate change continue to occur. ISO(International Organization for Standardization) classifies corporate social responsibility(CSR) into seven core issues: human rights, governance, environment, labor, fair operation, consumer issues, and community participation and development. frame was published. ESG(Environment, Social, Governance) is positioned as a comprehensive concept that must be equipped throughout corporate management activities beyond the limits of recognition as a corporate social responsibil- ity activity. The reason ESG is rising recently is that the demands of stakeholders surrounding companies are increasing, and the role of companies in global social issues such as social environment and climate change is in- creasing. In addition, each country’s ESG promotion policies are being strengthened. In particular, in developed countries, corporate ESG policies such as mandatory disclosure of sustainable corporate management and enact- ment of related laws are being advanced. This study compares and analyzes social responsibility(CSR) and ESG activities of socially innovative compa- nies that contribute to the local community. Furthermore, this study seeks to obtain practical implications for ESG activation by identifying the innovative performance and capabilities of social innovative enterprises pursued by social enterprises or village enterprises.
