· Research topics: This paper tried to find an alternative on the direction of the system’s reform for 'Real Estate Posted Price’s Realization Plan.' · Research background: The ‘Real Estate Posted Price’ is the basis for ensuring the equity of the public burden and fairness of the welfare system used in various fields such as taxes and welfare, but inequality and imbalance problems such as low market reflection rates and gaps have been pointed out. · Differences from prior research: The difference in this paper is that it seeks an alternative to improving the 'Real Estate Posted Price’s Realization Plan' system by the modern application of its own Hongik-Ingan thought. · Research method: In this paper, the research method was set as elements such as goal setting, Hongik-Ingan’s perspective and value pursuit, and strategy to promote practical aspects of Jaese-Ihwa(在世理化) such as legislation, based on the analysis framework approach of public leadership. · Research results: We achieved some good results. First, we pre- sented an outline of the method of completion of the enlightenment & its execution(性通･功完), and main practice obligations of the laws, institutions and norms about Jaese-Ihwa. Second, we established the modern application principle for the leadership that can pursue interests and benefits of all, also based on the thought. Third, we suggest the developments results of the realization direction for our country by the modern application of the thought. It includes development objectives for the leadership and implementation strategies with review of the situation and improvement points of the existing system. · Contribution points and expected effects: This paper has academic and policy contributions that broadened the horizon for the application and demonstration of the idea by attempting to pursue the interests of everyone according to the purpose of the real estate posted price’s system.
