운송장비의 효율적 관리를 위한 AHP 다기준 의사결정 기법의 적용

운송장비의 사고 및 고장이 기업의 물류비 상승의 주요 요인으로 나타남에 따라 이에 대한 원인 발견과 해결 방안을 모색하는 것이 시급한 문제가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 정량적 자료뿐만 아니라 정성적 자료의 분석도 가능한 다기준 의사결정 기법인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process, 계층분석기법)를 이용하여 이에 대한 분석을 시도한다. 먼저 장비 이상이 가동률 저하로 연결되어 기업의 원가를 상승시키는 문제점과 해결책을 찾는 AHP 구조의 상위계층에서 평가요인의 상대적 중요도는 기술축적·전수, 안전성 확보, 운송장비, 인적요인으로 순서로 높게 나타남을 보인다. 기술축적·전수 평가요인의 상대적 중요도는 실시간 운송관제, 운행일지 전산화, 장비상태 모니터링, 인력투입 최적화 순으로 높으며, 안전성 확보에서는 지게차 충돌방지, 위험구간 사전경고, 슬래그 포트 안착 순으로, 그리고 운송장비에서는 일상점검, 대형특수장비 수리, 장비 안정성, 고열분진 비산방지 순으로, 마지막으로 인적요인에서는 전문 역량, 개선 역량, 리더십 역량 순으로 중요하다는 것을 보인다. 이러한 분석을 통해 중소기업이 물류 운송비를 절감하기 위해서는 첨단 물류 시스템의 운영뿐만 아니라 차량 운영자와 정비요원에 대해 OJT(on-the-job training)와 Off-JT(off-the-job training)를 병행하여 실시하는 것이 필요함을 밝힌다.
Abstract
Purpose : This paper aims to analyze the major factors of increasing the logistics costs of companies and find the possible solutions to the problems as the accidents and breakdowns of transportation equipment leads to higher logistics costs. Research design, data, methodology : Analysis was attempted using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), a multi-standard decision-making technique that can analyze not only quantitative data but also qualitative data. Results : The relative importance of technology accumulation and full evaluation factors is in the order of real-time transport control, operation log computerization, equipment condition monitoring, and optimization of manpower. Safety is in the order of forklift collision prevention, risk section warning, slag port settlement, daily inspection, equipment stability, and leadership. Conclusions : In order for SMEs to reduce logistics and transportation costs, it is necessary not only to operate advanced logistics systems, but also to conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and off-the-job training (off-JT) for vehicle operators and maintenance personnel.
