초록

A total of 237 copies were used as frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, and post-test to find out the differences in online/offline lecture quality, retake, and recommendation intention according to the demographic characteristics of beauty-related students. First, the demographic characteristics of the survey subjects were high among second-year female students majoring in hair at a four-year university. Second, class quality, retake, and recommendation intention were all two factors. Third, it was found that there was a significant difference in class quality according to demographic characteristics in offline class quality. Fourth, it was found that there was a significant difference in class retake and recommendation intention according to demographic characteristics in offline class retake and recommendation intention. In conclusion, universities need to build Internet lines to improve the quality of online lectures, provide manpower and resources so that students can take lectures without problems, and thorough preparation and system construction to maximize efficiency in online classes with quick response and equipment to solve them. In addition, it is believed that students should be able to actively participate in learning by inducing learning motivation and interest, increase the teaching presence perceived by learners using various teaching methods and media, and provide more competitive lecture services through these improvements. In future studies, it is expected that continuous research will be conducted from various angles that are not biased to derive systematic and universal results.
