보육교사의 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험 분석

초록
목적 본 연구에서는 보육교사의 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험에 대한 전반적인 실태를 알아보고, 개인 및 기관 변인에 따른 직장 내 괴롭힘피해 경험의 유형과 그에 따른 영향의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 부산, 경남지역 보육교사 424명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 빈도분석과기술통계, 일원분산분석과 Scheffé 사후 검증을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 보육교사 중 261명(64.9%)이 어린이집에서 직장 내 괴롭힘을 경험한 적이 있었으며, 괴롭힘의 가해자는 동료교사가가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험에 대한 대처행동은 ‘아무런 조치를 취하지 않음’이 가장 높았으며, 그 이유는 ‘가해자와의 관계가 불편해질까봐’가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 직장 내 괴롭힘 유형은 업무관련 괴롭힘이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 교사의연령과 경력이 낮을수록 직장 내 괴롭힘 경험이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직장 내 괴롭힘에 따른 영향은 신체적⋅심리적 위축이가장 높게 나타났으며, 교사의 연령과 경력이 낮을수록 직장 내 괴롭힘에 따른 부정적 영향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이와 같은 연구결과는 보육현장에서의 직장 내 괴롭힘에 따른 문제상황을 파악하고 이를 해결하기 위한 실질적인 지원방안을모색할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
Abstract
Objectives In this study, the overall status of childcare teachers' workplace harassment experiences was investigated, and the differences in the types of workplace harassment damage experiences and their effects were investigated according to individual and institutional variables. Methods To this end, a survey was conducted on 424 childcare teachers in Busan and Gyeongnam. The collected data were frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, one-way variance analysis, and Scheffé post-verification according to research problems. Results First, 261 (64.9%) of childcare teachers have experienced workplace harassment at daycare centers, and fellow teachers are the most perpetrators of harassment. The highest response to the bullying experience in the workplace was “not taking any action,” and the reason was “worrying that the relationship with the perpetrator would become uncomfortable.” Second, workplace harassment was the highest in workplace harassment, and the lower the teacher's age and experience, the higher the workplace harassment experience. Third, the effect of workplace harassment was found to have the highest physical and psychological atrophy, and the lower the teacher's age and career, the higher the negative effect of workplace harassment. Conclusions These findings suggest that it is necessary to identify the problem situation caused by workplace harassment in the childcare field and seek practical support measures to solve it.
