비서학 전공 대학생의진로역량이 취업의지에 미치는 영향과고용의 질 인식의 조절효과

This study examined whether there were differences in career competencies, will to work, and the perceptions of employment quality for secretarial positions according to the individual characteristics of college students majoring in secretarial science. The second aim was to examine the effect of career competencies on the will to work. The moderating effect of the perception of employment quality on the relationship between career competency and will to work was also analyzed. The response results of 388 college students majoring in secretarial science at four-year colleges and two-year colleges were used for the analysis. The study results are as follows. First, while college students' career competencies and will to work were relatively high, their perception of the employment quality was low. In career competencies, reflection competency, relationship competency, and behavioral competency were high in that order. There were no significant gender differences in terms of career competency, will to work, and perceived employment quality. On the other hand, according to grade, two-year college students showed significant differences in the perceived employment quality, and four-year college students showed significant differences in the will to work and perceived employment quality. Third, among the career competencies of students, relationship competency and behavior competency had a significant effect on their will to work, and behavior competency had a greater effect on their will to work than relationship competency. On the other hand, the reflection competency did not significantly affect the will to work. Fourth, the perception of employment quality for the secretarial positions had no moderating effect on the relationship between career competencies and the will to work. This study can serve as a guideline for the direction of major education for successful career employment support for secretarial college students.
