초록
The purpose of this study is to analyze the patient's perception of cleanliness and safety, which are items in the hospital environment area of the patient experience evaluation. In the evaluation of patient experience, the hospital environment area has two items and occupies a small proportion of the total evaluation items. Unlike other items, which are specific items of interpersonal factors, despite the low specificity of the items, the evaluation results show large deviations. Therefore, it is an important item in evaluation. When asking whether the hospital environment was clean or safe, these two words have a problem of being abstract and ambiguous, so we conducted a questionnaire directly asking the patient's experience and presented the analysis results. As a result of the analysis, patients did not clearly distinguish between cleanliness and safety. Overall a clean environment was a safe environment, and a tendency to perceive a safe environment as a clean environment was confirmed. As a result of grouping similar variables and analyzing the correlation, cleanliness has the importance priority of cleaning > visitor management > environmental management > facility safety > eco-friendliness > ventilation, and safety has the importance priority of cleaning > environmental management > facility safety > visitor management > eco-friendliness > ventilation.
