지방대학 주요 계열에서의 구직준비 및 진로탐색수준이 창업적성수준에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of factors such as career exploration and job search preparation on the entrepreneurial aptitude level of local college students. For this purpose, previously developed indicators related to job search readiness, college student career readiness, and start-up readiness level were used for measurement. Thus, data of 181 college students including three faculties of police, health, and aviation were collected, and the results were derived by performing descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis for each sub-factor. The results of this study can be summarized in two main ways. First, it was confirmed that job search readiness and college career readiness have an effect on college students’ entrepreneurial aptitude level. In particular, at the sub-factor level, it was confirmed that career exploration and family support were important at the university level. Second, it was confirmed that different factors for each department can increase the level of entrepreneurial aptitude. From this, it can be inferred that a specialized entrepreneurship education program for each department is necessary. Therefore, it is expected that this study will be used to determine which startup programs to characterize by department at the local university level.
