초록
2021년 COVID-19 감염병이 변이를 거치며, 대내외 산업과 경제에 영향을 미치고 있다. 그 여파가 누적되며, 피로 감이 쌓이는 어려운 환경 속에서도 부산은 도시경쟁력 강화와 성장을 위해 과학기술과 산업분야에 투자와 지원을 아 끼지 않았다. 본 논문은 2021년 과학기술 및 산업 분야에서 부산을 중심으로 가장 이슈화가 되었던 주요 키워드를 언론기사 중심으로 대표 이슈(군집)들을 도출하고, 지역 혁신주체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 10개의 2021년 최종 이슈(군집)를 도출하였다. 그 결과, 탄소중립, 해양, 스마트시티 순으로 우선순위가 도출되었으며, 도출 된 키워드별로 워드클라우드분석과 정부 R&D예산분석, 특허정보를 기반으로 한 기술레이더 분석을 통해 키워드별 주요 특징을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 2021년 부산의 과학기술과 산업분야에 대한 성과를 진단하고, 올해의 방향을 설 정하는 근거자료로서 도움이 될 것으로 보이며, 매년 이러한 연구가 수행될 시 부산의 과학기술과 산업에 대한 시계열 적 특성을 파악하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
COVID-19 infectious diseases in 2021 are mutating, affecting internal and external industries and the economy. Despite the accumulated aftermath and the difficult environment of fatigue, Busan has spared no investment and support in science & technology and industrial sectors to strengthen and grow urban competitiveness. This paper derived representative issues(clusters) based on media articles as the main keywords that became the most issue in 2021 in science & technology and industry, and surveyed local innovators to derive the final 10 2021 issues (clusters). As a result, priority was derived in the order of carbon neutrality, ocean, and smart city, and key characteristics of each keyword were analyzed through word cloud analysis, government R&D budget analysis, and technology radar analysis based on patent information. This study is expected to help diagnose Busan's achievements in science & technology and industry in 2021 and set the direction of the year, and it is expected that this study will help identify the time-series characteristics of Busan's science & technology.
