출산장려정책과 양육환경이 결혼 태도에 미치는 영향 -고양시민을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of fertility promotion policies and parenting environment on marriage attitude in the current situation where the working-age population is rapidly decreasing and the low fertility rate is rapidly increasing. For this study, 1,000 copies of civic consciousness survey data conducted by Goyang City for Goyang citizens were obtained and empirically analyzed using SPSS statistical program. As a result of the study, it was found that, among the childbirth promotion policies, support for childcare fees, family support allowance, and child allowance support had a significant effect on marriage attitude and parenting environment. Second, parenting environment was analyzed to have a significant effect on marriage attitude. Third, child allowance support was found to have a partial mediating effect among the fertility incentive policies, and childcare fees and home care allowance were found to fully mediate. Through this study, the importance of direct and long-term economic support from the government and local governments and various policy implications for improving the child-rearing environment were suggested. Although this study is meaningful in that it included various control variables to study the effects of childbirth promotion policies and parenting environment on marriage attitude, it has limitations in generalizing the research results in that the study was conducted for all age groups.
