초록
Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, non-face-to-face classes are being conducted throughout university education. The purpose of this study was to diagnose and analyze the effect and perception of class based on non-face-to-face IC-PBL. For this purpose, in this study, a mixed methods study was conducted that linked quantitative research through questionnaire diagnosis and qualitative research through online FGI to students in the hospitality industry startup class. As a result of the study, first, reinforcement of rapport between students in non-face-to-face IC-PBL classes was found to be a priority element that needs improvement. Second, it is necessary to develop a complementary teaching method to improve the efficiency and performance of non-face-to-face classes. Third, it is necessary to strengthen institutional support and cooperate with external stakeholders in order to participate and spread the effect of PBL classes. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for the advancement of non-face-to-face IC-PBL classes related to tourism in the future.
