초록

How to stimulate employee's innovative behaviors is a key issue for enterprises. Workplace exclusion is a problem that employees often need to face in their work, and it is also an important reason affecting innovative behaviors. There are few studies on the effects of workplace exclusion and employees' innovative behaviors. Based on this, this study explores the mediating mechanism of workplace exclusion on employees' innovative behavior from the perspectives of organization based self-esteem and cyberloafing to fill the gap in the study of the relationship between workplace exclusion and innovative behavior and to expand the research on the antecedent variables of employees' innovative behavior. This study used Smart-PLS to analyze 202 employee questionnaires, and the results showed that workplace exclusion had a significant positive effect on cyberloafing, a significant negative effect on innovative behavior, organization based self-esteem, a significant negative effect on cyberloafing, and a significant positive effect of organization based self-esteem on innovative behavior, and provided valuable suggestions for organizational managers

Abstract
