Borich 요구도와 Locus for Focus Model을 이용한 창업보육 지원서비스 개선방안 연구

[Purpose]The purpose of this study is to check whether the various support services provided by the start－up incubation centers, an organization for fostering technology start－ups, are effectively provided by tenant companies and improve the quality of the services provided to the tenant companies by checking whether the level of services provided is satisfactory, compared to the service levels expected from the consumers’ perspective. [Methodology]In order to achieve the purpose of this study, tenant companies that receive practical start－up incubation services were organized into panels to evaluate the importance and satisfaction of various support services provided by the start－up incubation center. Afterwards, priorities for improving start－up incubation support services were verified by analyzing the differences in importance and satisfaction among support service factors via Borich Requirements Analysis and Locus for Focus Analysis. [Findings]The importance of various support services provided by the start－up childcare center was confirmed, and the ranking of support services that start－up childcare companies demanded improvement was determined. Among the various support services provided by the start－up childcare center, items that need to be improved compared to the expected level were technology development equipment support, network with graduation companies, legal advice, and investment information. [Implications]Until now, various support services provided by the start－up childcare center have been unilaterally implemented from the perspective of service providers, but this study confirmed the priority of support services that need to be improved compared to the level of demand. This study confirmed the importance of support services provided by the start－up childcare center, and contributed to providing theoretical and practical implications for improving start－up childcare work by deriving support services that demand improvement from the perspective of support service consumers.
