스마트 의류관리기 디자인 가이드라인 제안 -서랍형 모듈러 디자인 중심으로-

초록
최근 미세먼지와 Covid 19의 영향으로 집에 머무는 시간이 늘어나면서 인테리어 가전과 위생 및 건강에 대한 가전 제품의 관심이 증가하고 있으며 편리함과 개인의 취향을 추구하는 MZ세대를 중심으로점차 성장하는 스마트 융합 가전 시장에서 사람들의 다양한 요구사항이 생겨남에 따라 국내 기업에서커스터마이징(Customizing)과 모듈러(Moduler) 가전제품을 선보이고 있다. 그 중, 스마트 의류관리기가 큰 인기를 얻으며 판매율이 급증하고 있는 제품이다. 따라서 현재 출시된 스마트 의류관리기를 대상으로 문헌 조사와 선행연구를 통해 동향을 살펴보았으나 제품 사례 및 선행연구가 부족한 실정이었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 현재 스마트 의류관리기에 대해 이해하고 개선점을 도출하여 새로운 유형의 의류관리기 디자인 가이드라인을 제안하고자 하였다. 우선 스마트 의류관리기의 성장 배경에 대해 알아보았고 사례분석을 통해 일반적인 특성을 파악한 후 제품 구성 및 기능을 알아보았다. 그 후설문조사를 통한 빈도분석을 실시하였고 이를 토대로 사용자 심층인터뷰를 진행하여 사람들의 전반적인 의류 관리 및 보관 행태와 스마트 의류관리기에 대한 인식 및 사용 행태를 분석하여 스마트 의류관리기에 필요한 요소와 문제점들을 발견하였다. 문헌조사, 설문조사 및 심층 인터뷰 분석을 종합하여디자인 가이드라인을 도출하였으며 이는 크게 첫째, 서랍 형태로 의류를 개어서 보관하여 기존 스마트의류관리기 보다 의류 보관율을 높이고 장기간 의류를 쾌적하게 관리를 할 수 있도록 한다. 둘째, 제품 외부 및 내부 커스터마이징과 모듈러 디자인을 통해 사용자 환경과 용도에 따라 제품을 구성할 수있도록 한다. 셋째, 보관된 의류를 한눈에 파악하도록 하고 제품 내부의 온도 및 습도 등을 자동으로제어하여 사용 편의성을 높인다. 이를 통해 현 스마트 의류관리기에 대한 개선과 차후 디자인 연구에기초자료로 활용되는데 기대하는 바이다.
Abstract
Due to fine dust and the impact of COVID 19, there is a growing interest in interior and household appliances in terms of hygiene and health. Focusing on the MZ generation seeking convenience and personal taste, the smart fusion home appliance market is gradually growing. As people's diverse needs arise, domestic companies are showcasing customizable and modular home appliances. Among them, the smart clothing device's sales rate was rapidly increasing. So, we looked at the trends through literature research and previous studies targeting smart clothing management devices, but there were insufficient cases. Accordingly, in this study, we attempted to propose a new type of clothing management device design guideline by understanding the current smart clothing management device and deriving points for improvement. Primarily, the growth background of smart clothing devices was studied. After identifying general characteristics through case analysis, product composition and functions were investigated. Later on, frequency analysis was conducted through a survey, and based on this, an in-depth user interview was executed. The completed survey evaluated elements and problems which smart clothing managers obtained. Also, we were able to analyze people's overall information on clothing management, storage and usage behavior, and their perception of smart clothing managers. The design guidelines were derived by synthesizing literature surveys, survey polls, and in-depth interview analysis. Firstly, folding and storing clothes in the form of a drawer increases the storage rate compared to the existing smart clothing manager and allow comfortable management for a long period. Secondly, the product can be configured according to the user's purpose through external and internal customization and modular design. Thirdly, the stored clothes can be grasped at a glance. Also, the temperature and humidity are automatically controlled to improve usability. Through this, it is hoped that it will be used for improvements to the current smart clothing management device and future research.
