해외 전문대학의 기술창업 육성시스템 분석 및 정책 함의: 미국, 호주, 네덜란드를 중심으로

This study analyzes the characteristics of the technology start-up development system of universities in the United States, Australia, and the Netherlands for start-up education at universities that have been relatively marginalized in the current situation, and suggests measures to revitalize Korean collges. The study subjects were selected and conducted in the United States, where a degree program is opened based on the Entrepreneurship Center, in Australia, a national and public college that provides specialized entrepreneurship education for each industry and industry, and in the Netherlands, which is a convergence course between a four-year university and a college. The implications of overseas colleges in fostering convergence talent are: First, it is necessary to introduce substantial start-up education using a dedicated organization such as the Entrepreneurship Center, and second, a systematic and practical education design is required with a customized modular start-up education design. Third, it is necessary to characterize the start-up education industry of colleges considering the specialization of industry, industry, and region. Lastly, it is necessary to develop a joint program between universities by creating and sharing a startup support system with similar schools due to the educational conditions of colleges.
