중국 『민법전』 인격권편의 입법 특색에 관한 소고

China's “Civil Code” creatively stipulates personality rights as an independent part on the basis of drawing on the advantages of the traditional civil law code system. It is the first of its kind in civil legislation, it is a model of personality rights protection legislation, and it highlights the modern personality rights protection model.
