초록
전 세계적 저성장 기조로 고용 없는 성장 시대가 도래하면서 새로운 성장 동력이자 일자리 창출을 위한 창업에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있으며 창업 활성화를 위한 창업 인재육성의필요성이 강조되면서 창업교육의 중요성 역시 주목받고 있다. 창업교육을 받은 경험이 있는사람들은 그렇지 않은 사람들보다 창업에 대한 의지가 더 높은 것으로 알려져 있으나 대다수 창업교육은 기존의 공급자 중심 서비스 제공의 틀에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 학습자의 필요에 맞는 맞춤형 교육 서비스 제공이 중요하다는 점에 중점을 두고 창업교육 콘텐츠 품질이 창업교육 효율성과 만족을 통해 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 실증분석을통해 살펴보고자 한다. 또한, 창업자가 목표를 달성하기 위한 근본적인 동기나 특성의 차이에 따라 효율성과 만족이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있는지에 대해서도 살펴보고자한다. 본 연구의 결과는 전문적이면서도 차별화되는 교육 콘텐츠를 시기적절하게 제공하는것이 무엇보다 중요하다는 점을 창업교육 기관에 제시하고 창업교육 기관의 콘텐츠 품질 개선에 유의미한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다
Abstract
With the advent of the era of jobless growth due to the global low-growth trend, interest in start-ups for job creation as a new growth engine is increasing. It is known that those who have received start-up education have a higher will to start a business than those who do not, but most such education does not deviate from the existing supplier-centered service provision framework. Therefore, this study focuses on the importance of providing education services tailored to the needs of learners, and intends to examine the effect of start-up education content quality on start-up education efficiency and satisfaction through empirical analysis. In addition, this study examines whether there is a difference in the effect of efficiency and satisfaction on start-up intentions according to differences in fundamental motives or characteristics for entrepreneurs to achieve their goals. The results of this study suggest that it is most important to provide professional and differentiated educational contents in a timely manner
