화장품 용기 기술의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 특허 동향 분석
Patent trend analysis to strengthen the competitiveness of cosmetic container technology

기업은 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 핵심기술 확보를 위한 특허의 기술 분석이 필요하다. 화장품 용기업체 또한 제품 차별화와 경쟁력 강화를 위해 지식재산권 확보로 기술 경쟁력 우위를 차지할 수 있도록 하는 것은 필수 요소가 되었다. 이에 화장품 용기 기술 특허를 분석하여 화장품 용기 기술의 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 연구범위는 한국, 일본, 중국의 화장품 용기 기술 특허를 대상으로 하며, 1986년부터 2021년 9월까지 출원 공개 및 등록된 화장품용기 기술 특허를 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법은 윕스온(WIPSON) 검색 DB를 사용하며, 화장품 용기 기술의 핵심 키워드를 바탕으로 검색식을 적성하고 노이즈를 제거하여 유효특허를 추출하였다. 분석결과 화장품 용기 기술의 특허 동향은 첫째, 출원 건수는 한국, 중국, 일본 순으로 양적 비율을 차지고 있고, 한국이 화장품용기 기술에서 양적으로 주도하고 있으나 중국의 출원 건수가 급속히 증가하는 양상을 보여 활발한 기술 개발이 이루어지고 있음을 유추할 수 있었다. 둘째, 연도별 출원인 및 출원 건수 동향은 지속적인 증가 추세를 보이고 있으며, 성장단계에 해당하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 세부기술별 펌핑 구조와 관련한 특허 비중이 높았으며, 한국의 펌핑 관련 기술이 가장 많은 수를 차지고 있었다. 본 연구의 화장품 용기 기술 특허 동향 분석은 국가별, 세부 기술별 기술 동향을 파악하고 효율적인 핵심원천기술을 개발하기 위한 전략 수립의 객관적인 특허정보를 제공하고자 한다.
Abstract
In order to be competitive, companies need technology analysis of patents to secure core technologies. It has become an essential element for cosmetic container makers to gain a technological competitive edge by securing intellectual property rights for product differentiation and competitiveness enhancement. Therefore, by analyzing cosmetic container technology patents, we will examine the trends of cosmetic container technology. The scope of research is for cosmetic container technology patents in Korea, Japan, and China, and it is intended to analyze cosmetic container technology patents that have been applied for and registered from 1986 to September 2021. The research method used the WIPSON search DB, and based on the core keywords of cosmetic container technology, an aptitude search formula was written and noise was removed to extract valid patents. As a result of the analysis, the patent trend of cosmetic container technology is first, the number of applications is in the order of Korea, China, and Japan. It could be inferred that technological development was taking place. Second, the trend of the number of applicants and applications by year shows a continuous increase, and it can be seen that they are in the growth stage. Third, the proportion of patents related to the pumping structure by detailed technology was high, and Korea's pumping-related technologies accounted for the largest number. The analysis of cosmetic container technology patent trends in this study aims to provide objective patent information for establishing strategies to identify technological trends by country and detailed technology and to develop efficient core technology.
