Recently, due to the possibility of the government's full R&D support and therapeutics development, pharmaceutical companies in the stock market have seen their corporate value rise, but the development of therapeutics has not progressed, and the development of overseas markets has become difficult due to the COVID-19 and the company's value is falling again. Therefore, this study analyzes management efficiency in the pharmaceutical industry, where the survival environment of companies is becoming increasingly difficult, internally and externally, and suggests ways for them to conduct efficient management activities. The study method was applied to the DEA to analyze the efficiency by checking the number of input variables and output variables through the BCC-I model and the CCR-I model. The analysis showed that there were 9 pharmaceutical industries with one BCC efficiency. There were a total of 7 pharmaceutical industries with “1” CCR efficiency. The BCC model has the highest frequency of references, with 14 companies, followed by two companies identified as 10. There are 14 companies with the highest frequency of CCR model references, and 13 companies and 10 companies. Finally, there are 7 companies with one scale efficiency, and 16 companies analyzed by the CRS and 8 companies analyzed by the IRS.
