지역의 중·장기 관광 활성화에 영향을 미치는 해수욕장 주변지 관광흡입 결정요인 분석: 보령 대천해수욕장을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to understand which of the strategically planned urban strategies is the most effective and important factor in revitalizing tourism in the mid- to long-term, such as creating a beach tourism base, beach accessibility, beach stay expansion. A study was conducted to provide strategic implications to festival, culture, tourism, and related stakeholders of the central and local governments. The results are summarized as follows. First, as a result of the analysis of the research statistics, it was concluded that the development and expansion of night-type contents that secure stay-type tourism is necessary to establish night-type festivals for night economic tourism. Second, it was found that mid- to long-term strategic tasks such as the completion of the double-track railway on the West Sea Line, the completion of the Boryeong-Building expansion work, and the construction of the yacht Marina Port were necessary. Finally, it was found that the creation of tourist streets incorporating culture and arts, the operation of clean beaches, tourist amenities, and accommodation facilities tailored to various individual tourists are important factors that help revitalize mid- to long-term tourism at Daecheon Beach. However, in order to come up with a mid- to long-term tourism revitalization strategy to induce regular tourism at Daecheon Beach in Boryeong, Chungcheongnam-do, policy implications were analyzed.
