면도기 산업에서의 친환경⋅지속가능 디자인 트렌드 연구 - 기업 ESG 경영구축을 위한 디자인 요소 제시 -

Amid growing world’s attention to the climate change and the environmental protection, the social responsibility and effective initiatives are obligated to solve. They tend to appear in people’s consumption patterns and current social & economic trends across the board. Although the environmental policies and regulations are steadily imposed by the government to reduce the upward life wastes in the COVID-19 pandemic affects, the single-use and plastic products waste is consistently increasing on the surrounding environment. This study aims to recognize environmental issues from the difficulties of recycling the razor materials and the plastic consumption in the razor industry, and it is proceeded by analyzing and researching on the solution plan in the green & sustainable design. First, it is planed to understand about the green & sustainable design concept & its value, and to be considered with the theoretical studies on the current social, economic, and consumption trends. The study emphasizes the significance of the green & sustainable design functions and roles through the trend analysis for the directions to develop the future products and the possibilities for the razor industry. Also, the study provides the market trend and the analysis of green design product cases in the razor industry to ensure the validity of the future sustainable possibility of razor designs. We are expecting the razor industry utilizing our proposed solutions resulted from green & sustainable design elements study.
