농업인의 농업정보 이용 활성화에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

본 연구에서는 농업정보화가 농업성장과 발전에 중요한 수단이라는 인식하에 농업인의 농업정보 이용 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 전북지역 농업인을 대상으로 농업정보 이용실태조사를 실시하여 농업정보 이용에 영향을 미치는요인을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 농업정보 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과에 따르면, 농업인의 농업정보 이용 활성화에 영향을 미치는 요인은 컴퓨터(모바일) 수용태도, 농업정보 활용정도, 농업정보화 교육만족도, 컴퓨터(모바일) 활용능력 등 4가지 요인으로 분류되었다. 또한, 농업정보 이용 활성화에 영향을 미치는 요인들 중에서 농산물 판매액에 영향을 미치는 요인은 컴퓨터(모바일) 활용능력과 농업정보 활용정도가 중요하게 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이는 농업정보이용 활성화 요인 중에서 농산물 판매액에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 컴퓨터(모바일) 활용능력과 농업정보 활용정도가 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있어 농산물 판매액을 높이기 위해서는 컴퓨터(모바일) 활용능력과 농업정보 활용능력을 높일 수 있는 방안마련이 요구되고 있다. 따라서, 향후 농업인의 농업정보 이용 활성화를 위해서는스마트팜 및 스마트기기 등 새로운 정보통신기술이 농업생산 분야에 빠르게 보급되고 있기 때문에 이러한 정보통신기술에서 생산된 데이터를 통합하여 분류·집계· 분석과정을 통해 의사결정 정보로 영농현장에 활용할 수 있도록 농업인을 대상으로한 정보분석과 의사결정지원 기법을 교육하고, 관련 전문가를 양성하여 농업현장 지원이 가능하도록 인적자원 확보와 농업인 정보역량 강화프로그램이 마련되어야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to suggest the plant to activate the agricultural information use of farmers under the recognition that Agricultural informatization is the important tool for agriculture growth and development. In other words, it intends to analyze the factors influencing to the agriculture information use by conducting the agricultural information use survey targeting the farmers in Jeonbuk region, and to suggest the plant to activate the agricultural information based on this. According to the analysis result, the factors influencing to the agriculture information use activation of farmers are classified into 4 including computer (mobile) acceptance attitude, Agricultural information utilization level, Agricultural informatization education satisfaction level and computer (mobile) utilization ability. In addition, the factors influencing to the sales amount of agricultural product among the factors influencing to the agriculture information use activation are computer (mobile) utilization ability and Agricultural information utilization level which were found to function importantly. Because the biggest factors influencing to the sales amount of agricultural product among the factors influencing to the agriculture information use activation are computer (mobile) utilization ability and Agricultural information utilization level, it is necessary to prepare the plan which can increase the computer (mobile) utilization ability and Agricultural information utilization level in order to increase the sales amount of agricultural product. Therefore, because new information communication technologies such as smart farm and smart devices quickly disseminate in the area of agricultural production for the activation of agricultural information use activation of farmers in the future, Information analysis and decision support techniques should be trained for farmers to integrate data produced by information communication technology and to use it as decision-making information through the classification, aggregation, and analysis process, and human resources and farmers' information capabilities should be prepared to allow the support in the agricultural site by nurturing the experts.
