작업환경과 일자리 변동의 관계

Job turnover primarily depends on wage and work condition. Job turnover by work condition is caused by various harmful factors such as occupational diseases and work accidents by the working environment and is revealed as job change and industrial disaster. The government is encouraging long-term employment of incumbent workers as a support project for the working environment for employees so that they can focus on safe management activities and job creation at the workplace. This paper analyzes the relationship between work environment and job change considering accidents of industrial disasters such as diseases due to poor working environment and hazardous environment in the labor process. This paper shows the analysis results and implications. First, in correlation analysis, various policy supports for the prevention of industrial disasters(technical support program and risk assessment of Occupational Safety and Health Agency) have the effect of preventing industrial accidents(0.774). Especially, when working with heavy objects causing excessive accidents, the issuance of work plans and work procedures, and education on risk factors for hazardous work when establishing self-guidelines are correlated with the prevention of industrial diasasters (0.663). Next, in the impact estimation of industrial disasters prevention, this paper shows that policy support, case publicity of industrial accident deaths, and safety education establishing work plans and guidelines are effective. In addition, information exchange between employers and workers, policy support, public relations, and education for employers to strengthen safety and health capabilities are effective on the prevention of industrial disasters.
