제4차 산업혁명 시대 법학의 융합 교양교육의 현황과 과제 －부산지역 대학을 중심으로－

The 4th Industrial Revolution requires great changes throughout the social system, and society is changing in response to these demands. In this situation, university education and liberal arts education are no exception. Such a voice of change plays an important role as a rudder in setting the direction of how it will proceed throughout university education. In addition, the 4th Industrial Revolution is becoming a catalyst for breaking the boundaries of the existing system, and even in reality, the traditional boundaries are broken down and appear in the form of convergence. The era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution faces various practical questions, and is in various processes to find answers. This is not a simple problem with one academic branch, but a convergent and overlapping problem. Accordingly, there is a need for convergence education in the liberal arts curriculum of universities. In this sense, there is also a request for convergence liberal arts law, not just in liberal arts law, and it is already implemented by universities. However, it is necessary to change so that integrated knowledge can be delivered and personality can be cultivated through cooperation between instructors, not by opening and operating focusing on fragmentary science and technology fields. This process will be suitable for the human resources required in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and also for social change.
