정부 기업지원 사업이 기업성장에 미치는 영향 분석 연구: 정부지원 활용 및 흡수역량의 매개효과를 중심으로

초록
정부는 기업지원 사업을 통하여 기업의 성장을 지원하고 있으며, 기업지원사업의 효율성을 높이고자, 중소벤처기업 부를 설립하는 등의 정책을 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 선행연구들이 기업지원 사업 중 재무적 지원에 초점을 맞추어 연구했던 것에 반해 정부지원을 재무적 지 원과 비재무적 지원으로 구분하여 정부의 기업지원의 효과를 구체화 하였고, 외부의 정부지원 활용 및 내부의 흡수역 량의 매개효과에 따라 기업의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 미치는 효과를 실증분석 하였다. 그 결과 정부의 재무적 지원 및 비재무적 지원 모두 기업의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 긍정적 영향을 주었으며, 흡수역량 및 정부지원 활용의 경우 흡수역량은 기업의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과 모두를 매개하는 것으로 확인 하 였다본 연구결과 기업지원 사업 및 흡수역량은 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 정부지원 활용은 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고, 연구결과를 바탕으로 정부는 수요자 중심의 반복적 기업지원 사업을 개선 하여 기업의 상태를 모니터링하고 상황에 지원사업을 수행하여 효율을 극대화할 수 있도록 지원제도를 개선하는데 의 미가 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
The government is supporting corporate growth through corporate support projects. While previous studies focused on financial support among corporate support projects, this study embodied the effect of government corporate support by dividing government support into financial and non-financial support, and empirically analyzed the effect on corporate financial performance and non-financial performance. As a result, both financial and non-financial support of the government had a positive effect on the financial and non-financial performance of the company, and in the case of absorption capacity and use of government support, it was confirmed that absorption capacity mediates both financial and non-financial performance As a result of this study, it was analyzed that corporate support projects and absorption capabilities had a positive (+) effect on financial and non-financial performance and the use of government support has a negative (-) effect. Based on the research results, the government is expected to improve the support system to monitor corporate status and maximize efficiency.
