Effect of the job environment of non-regular workers in the dance field on the willingness to work and job recommendation intention

The purpose of this study is to help devise a policy strategy as a stable occupational group in the dance field by analyzing the relationship between the job environment, willingness to work, and job recommendation intention of non-regular workers in the dance field. For this purpose, data from 199 copies of the final analysis were used for non-regular workers in the dance field aged 20 or older living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheong-do. over the age of 20 living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheong-do. Correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationship between variables, and regression analysis was performed to verify the hypothesis. As a result, the following conclusions were obtained. First, among the job environment of non-regular workers in the dance field, job system fairness was found to have a positive effect on their willingness to work, but job evaluation fairness and job status fairness did not significantly affect their willingness to work. Second, in the work environment of non-regular workers in the dance field, job system fairness and job evaluation fairness were found to have a positive effect on job recommendation intention, but job status fairness did not have a significant effect on job recommendation intention. Third, it was found that the will of non-regular workers in the dance field had a positive effect on job recommendation intention.
