한국비서학회지의 비서교육 연구 동향에 대한 분석: 1993-2022

This study was conducted to analyze the research trends of secretarial education published in the journal of secretarial studies on the 30th anniversary of the Korean Association of Secretarial Science. The papers to be analyzed are a total of 78 research papers published in relation to secretary education. The analysis of secretary education was conducted focusing on research topics, research methods, and research applications. Research topics were classified into subject education, teaching and learning methods, curriculum, and educational directions. Research methods were classified into literature research, research research, and qualitative research. The subjects to be applied to secretarial education research were classified into secretarial education in universities and incumbent secretarial education. As a result of the study, the research topic of secretarial education was the most studied in the subject education area, followed by teaching and learning methods, curriculum, and education direction. Second, in the research method of secretary education, the most research has been conducted in the past 30 years as the 'investigation research' method. Third, more than 80% of research has been conducted in secretary education at colleges, and the proportion of incumbent secretary education has not been relatively high. In the future, it is necessary to actively conduct secretarial education research in various research areas targeting incumbent secretaries.
