육군 간부의 창의성 진단도구 타당화 연구
A Study on the Test Validity of Creativity for Army Executives in Korea

본 연구의 목적은 육군 간부의 창의성을 측정하기 위한 진단도구의 타당화 연구를 통해 신뢰롭고 타당한 도구를 제안하는 것이다. 문헌분석, 내부 전문가 검토를 통해 도출된 창의성의 구성요인은 질문, 관찰, 실험, 네트워킹, 연상의 5요인이며, 총 23개의 예비 문항을 도출하였다. 이어 육군 간부 대상 설문조사를 실시하여 총 319부를 수집했다. 교차검증방법을 활용하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석 과정을 통해 5요인의 17개 문항을 확정하였다. 확인적 요인분석의 요인 모형에서 X2 검증(X2=250.544, df=142, p<.001)은 기각되었고, 모형 적합도 지수는 NFI .852, TLI .914, CFI .929, RMSEA .068로 기준치를 모두 충족하였다. 또한 판별타당도 검증을 통해 각 요인 간의 차별성을 확인하였으며, 5개 요인 모두 AVE 값이 결정계수 보다 높고 .5 보다 큰 것으로 조사되어 판별타당성을 확보했다. 신뢰도 검증 결과, 전체 창의성 진단도구의 Cronbach’s α값은 .927로 매우 높은 신뢰도를 보였으며, 5개 요인 역시 각각 .7 이상의 높은 신뢰도를 보였다. 마지막으로 준거타당도 검증으로 창의성, 구성요인과 정서적 몰입 간의 상관관계 분석을 실시했으며, 유의도 .01 수준에서 모두 통계적으로 정(+)적 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 육군 간부의 창의성 진단도구 타당화 작업의 시사점과 향후 창의성을 활용한 인사관리 등 향후 활용방안에 대해 실천적 시사점을 제공하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to confirm a valid and reliable diagnostic tool for measuring creativity and key factors of it for Korea Army executives. The definition and factors of creativity were identified through literature reviews, expert reviews, and a questionnaire. The survey was conducted targeting executives of Korea Army, and all 319 effective questionnaires were used to analyze technical statistics, correlation, reliability, and validity. As a result, a total of 17 questions from five factors were confirmed (X2=250.544, df=142, p<.001), and the five factors of creativity are associating, observing, questioning, experimenting, networking. Finally, the Cronbach’ a value of the diagnostic tool was found to be .927. Based on these results, the study proposed the need for long term research using the creativity diagnostic tool and providing support programs for executives in terms of personnel management at the Korea Army.
