SNS 사용자의 지속사용을 유인하는 인터랙션 디자인 분석

The Affordance theory used in the design field has become a tool and mechanism to induce users to use continuous services, which causes excessive immersion and unrestrained SNS usage patterns, threatening society beyond individuals. This study analyzed and categorized interaction design cases of SNS that induce continuous use, and analyzed user behavior based on theoretical evidence to discuss strategies for continuous use incentives applied to case-by-case types. Studies show that the types of designs that induce continuous use of users are classified into those that constantly provide content, those that cause user anxiety, and those that induce user immersion and prevent departure, and this strategy induces user behavior to generate infinite interaction cycles within SNS. The above interaction design strategy has something in common that returns to the 'action execution' stage of re-executing repetitive actions, which causes users to repeat unconscious actions in continuous use of SNS. The derived research results and discussions are expected to be used as data for design research that induces users' continued use in the future and causes addiction.
