초록
The purpose of this study is to provide future research directions by analyzing research trends on hospital nurse education and training in Korea. With 255 studies published in journals in Korea, we collected all key words of each study. Centralities of the network of 622 key words were analyzed every 10 years. In the 1990s, the key words with the highest degree centrality were ‘Assertiveness’ and ‘Educational Effects’, and the keyword with highest betweenness/closeness centrality was ‘Educational Effects’. In the 2000s, the key words with high degree centrality were ‘Knowledge’, ‘Attitude’, ‘Work Performance’, betweenness centrality were ‘Knowledge’, ‘Online learning’, ‘Continuing Education’, ‘Attitude’ and closeness centrality were ‘Knowledge’, ‘Online Learning’, ‘Attitude’, ‘Motivation’. After 2010, the key words with the high degree centrality were ‘Knowledge’, ‘Educational Needs’, ‘Self Concept’, ‘Competency’, betweenness centrality were ‘Educational Needs’, ‘Knowledge’, ‘Self Concept’, ‘Communication’ and closeness centrality were ‘Knowledge’, ‘Educational Needs’, ‘Self Concept’ and ‘Patient Simulation’. In conclusion, Main interest of nurse education and training has changed according to changes in the internal and external environment related to nursing organizations in Korea. Based on these results, it is necessary not only to develop various research topics, but also to develop education programs using the latest technologies and studies to validate its effects.
