초록
In accordance with the recognition that the medical institution accreditation system requires a sufficient understanding of the acceptance resistance of dental health care workers, the preceding factors of resistance that may affect the application of the medical institution accreditation system were studied. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of the analysis on the effect of the antecedent factors of resistance to the medical institution's accreditation system on the resistance of organizational members to the introduction of the certification system, it was verified that the higher the recognition of complexity and conversion cost, the higher the resistance, and the higher the recognition of conformity and subjective norms, the lower the resistance. Second, in the relationship between resistance and acceptance results, it was confirmed that resistance had a negative (-) effect on both the use of the certification system and the intention to continue using it in medical institutions. Finally, it was confirmed that the use of the certification system by medical institutions has a positive (+) effect on the intention of continuous use.
