산학일체형 도제학교 학생의 OJT 경험 분석 : 무형식 학습을 중심으로
A Study on the Learning Experiences of Vocational High School Students during Apprenticeship Training : Focused on Informal Learning

이 논문은 산학일체형 도제학교 학생들이 학습기업에서 OJT를 수행하는 과정에서 어떠한 경험을 하고 있는가에 대해 ‘무형식 학습’에 주목하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ‘OJT에서 주어지는 업무와 업무 환경’에 대해 학생들은 전반적으로 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 다만 학생들이 참여하는 업무의 속성은 ‘발달 지향성’을 갖지만 ‘복잡성’은 다소 낮은 것으로 해석할 수 있었다. 둘째, 학생들이 ‘학습기업의 OJT에 참여하면서 가장 많이 경험한 교육 방법’에서 ‘작업 수행’이 포함된 교육 방법은 60.8 퍼센트였다. 동일한 문항에 기업현장교사는 48.9 퍼센트라고 응답해 차이가 있었다. 셋째, ‘학습기업의 OJT에 참여하면서 배운 내용’에 대한 응답 결과는 전반적으로 긍정적이었다. 학생들은 지식과 기술 이외에 개인적 사회적 역량도 상당 부분 학습하고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있었다. 넷째, ‘도제준비과정에서 더욱 강조될 필요가 있는 내용’에 대해 학생들은 ‘기업에서 일할 때 쓰이는 용어들’을, 기업현장교사들은 ‘근로자가 된다는 것의 의미와 책임감’을 가장 많이 선택하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 의미를 해석하고 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This paper analyzed learning experiences that vocational high school students encounter during OJT in training companies. The main findings are as follows. First, students responded positively to the "work and work environment in training companies". But the nature of the work has conflicting characteristics. It has 'expansive work environment with learning potential', but the 'complexity of work' is slightly low. Second, 60.8 percent of students practiced "work performance as a learning activity" during OJT period. Whereas 48.9 percent of designated trainers agreed to the same question. Third, the students generally reacted positively to "what I have learned in OJT". In addition to occupational knowledge and skills, students answered that they acquired personal and social competencies. Fourth, for the question "what needs to be equipped for an apprenticeship", many students chose 'technical terminology' as most important. While numbers of designated trainers chose 'the meaning and responsibility of being a worker'. Based on these results, researchers explained its meaning and inferred some implications.
