중소기업 경쟁역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 교육만족도 조절효과

The era of unpredictability is progressing due to the rapid change of the business environment and the uncertain future situation. As a result, the domestic situation is also weakening the growth engine of companies due to the rapidly aging population, rapid changes in the working environment, cost increases and technology transfer abroad. Therefore, this study investigated the effects of humane entrepreneurship, enterprise competency, and sustainable activities on the business performance of SMEs, and whether educational satisfaction plays a moderating role in the improvement of business performance. For empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted for workers of small and medium-sized enterprises, and among them, 357 copies of responses were analyzed statistically using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. As a result of the analysis, first, humane entrepreneurship did not have any significant effect on business performance, but it was found that enterprise competence and sustainable activities had a positive (+) effect on business performance. Second, it was found that education satisfaction plays a role in moderating between enterprise competency, sustainable activities, and business performance. These research results suggest that SMEs need to develop competitiveness and sustainable activities for long-term growth and business performance, and to invest in human resources development and professionalism through education.
