정책요인이 그린뉴딜 정책수용성에 미치는 영향 연구: 공론의 조절효과를 중심으로

This study examines the effect of policy factors on the acceptance of green new deal policies and analyzes how public opinion affects the relationship between policy factors and green new deal policy acceptance. As a result of the analysis, the factors affecting the acceptance of the green new deal policy were an interest in environmental issues or climate change, policy awareness, political ideology, recovery of green ecosystems, fostering promising green companies and creating low-carbon and green industrial complexes, government’s ability to manage or agree on social conflicts, and interaction between public opinion and establishing the foundation for green innovation. Based on this, the policy implications are as follows: First, it is the construction and operation of citizen-participating green new deal policy governance that enhances policy transparency and acceptance through public discussion. Second, it is the use of Policy Living Lab, a new social and technological system model that solves social problems based on actors’ participation in a specific space. Third, it is the use of information-based policy tools to persuade and influence people’s preferences and actions based on knowledge transfer and public learning.
