Various services are emerging as the speed of digital transformation accelerates due to the 4th industrial revolution in the 21st century. Accordingly, unlike the past face-to-face methods, the financial industry is also actively using digital technology to create opportunities to access financial services online and to change financial information like electronic documents through data. As a result, with the emergence of digital financial services and fintech, the boundaries of the difficult financial industry are breaking down. In particular, related organizations are preparing countermeasures for active activities in that corporate fintech is widely used not only in domestic transactions but also in foreign transactions. However, in terms of technology, we should pay attention problems, and false advertising problems. Not only banks but also companies related to electronic finance have customer information, so security must be thorough and periodic management is expected to be required by mandating the application of technologies that react quickly when problems arise. In this paper, we discuss the digital financial services and fintech of these digital financial society anf present the risks and measures, and present the status of the two aspects of thw current status of the financial society in the case of growth and problem solving.
