산재재활서비스 이용욕구 분류 및 전이 영향요인 검증: 잠재전이분석의 적용

목적: 본 연구는 산재근로자의 재활서비스 이용욕구 유형에 따라 잠재프로파일을 분류한 후 시간의 흐름에 따른 전이 양상과 영향요인을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 잠재전이분석(Latent Transition Analysis)을 통해 재활서비스 이용욕구에 따른 유형의 전이 양상과 그 영향요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 2019년의 재활서비스 이용욕구 유형은 ‘저욕구 집단’, ‘중욕구 집단’, ‘고욕구 집단’으로, 2020년은 ‘저욕구 집단’, ‘문화서비스 고욕구 집단’, ‘취업관련 저욕구집단’, ‘중욕구 집단’, ‘고욕구 집단’으로 분류되었다. 2019년 세 집단은 2020년에 동일한 집단으로 유지될 확률이 높았으나, 더 높은 욕구를 지닌 유형으로 전이되는 확률도 낮지 않았다. 잠재전이에는 성별, 현재 건강상태, 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 친목 모임 참여 빈도가 유의한 영향을미쳤다. 시사점: 본 연구는 산재재활서비스의 이용욕구를 종단적인 관점에서 파악하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 본 연구를 통해 산재근로자 개인에 맞춘 재활서비스를 제공할 수 있는시스템의 토대가 되기를 기대한다.
Abstract
Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to categorize and examine the change patterns in the needs for rehabilitation service of industrial-accident workers over time. Method: Latent transition analysis (LTA), extending Latent profile analysis (LPA) longitudinally, was used. Results: Three groups of rehabilitation service needs in 2019 and five groups were identified in 2020, respectively. According to transition patterns of the groups across the two time points, members in the three groups identified in 2019 were likely to stay in the same groups in 2020, but the probability of transitioning to the groups with higher needs was not relatively low. Gender, health status, self-esteem, self-efficacy, and frequency of participation in social gatherings demonstrated significant effects on the transition. Implication: This study is meaningful in identifying the needs for industrial-accident rehabilitation services from a longitudinal perspective and providing a basis for developing individualized rehabilitation services for industrial-accident workers.
