기술공급 기업의 특허거래전략 분석 연구: 중소⋅중견기업의 양도특허 특성분석을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the promotion of technology transactions and vitalization of the market for technology by identifying the transaction strategies of companies participating in technology transactions through characteristic analysis of patent technologies actually transferred between companies. Since it is the first challenging study attempted in Korea, this study narrowed the scope and focused only on the analysis of transferred patent transaction strategies of small and medium-sized technology supply companies. We therefore divided the analysis target into two groups(such as whether the technology supplier and demander are in the same field or heterogeneous field, and whether the demander is a large company or a small and medium-sized company), constructed data to analyze the differences between the groups, and compared the characteristics of transaction patents(such as degree of obsolescence, number of claims, number of inventors, number of family patents, number of family patent countries, degree of patent activity, patent share). The results of this study addressed that there is a difference in the patent transfer strategy of a technology supplier company depending on whether the technology supplier and the demander are in the same field or not and depending on the type of the technology demander. This study is expected to give signals or guidelines to small and medium-sized companies that want to participate in technology transactions.
