성과형 스마트 팩토리 모델과 경쟁우위에 대한 연구 - 경남지역 최적 모델을 중심으로 -

This study was carried out in two directions to explore the optimal model of smart factory in Gyeongnam. First, through international comparison of models, benchmarking targets of Korean models were set and components were derived. Second, implications were derived by analyzing the moderating effect of those components in the relationship between corporate capability/external environmental factors and corporate performance of firms in Gyeongnam. Analysis was performed on 98 companies, and performance indicators were set as BSC indicators. The moderating effect was verified by cluster analysis and comparison. As a result of the study, first, the Korean model had more similarities with the German RAMI 4.0 than the US IIRA. Therefore, the RAMI 4.0 components were parameterized for empirical study. Second, their moderating effects were more pronounced as the group of companies that introduced the components overall. Third, companies in Gyeongnam remained at the level of factory automation and were particularly lacking in data integration. Fourth, they have not yet achieved financial and customer performance, so it is considered that continuous improvement is necessary.
