연관분석을 활용한 ‘인터넷전자상거래연구’ 트렌드 연구

A Study on the Trend of 'The Journal of Internet Electronic Commerce Research' Using Association Analysis

초록

Social science comprises a wide range of research fields, including business administration, anthropology, geography, psychology, education, economy, society, law, tourism, administration, and military. The e-commerce market has expanded with data-based fourth industrial revolution technology and information system development. Research fields should also align with these technological advances. Thus, the current study analyzed the trend of 'The Journal of Internet Electronic Commerce Research,' the representative of e-commerce journals. This study analyzed the research keywords by cycle using the titles, keywords, and abstracts of the research papers published in this journal available through the KCI web service. Results suggested below four trends: (1) a study of Internet-based services and information technology models, (2) a study on corporate management issues and Internet shopping malls, SNS, service research, (3) a study on the effectiveness and satisfaction of social media, (4) a study on CSR analysis, information technology, and online platform characteristics. This study revealed the trend change has happened by cycle of 'The Journal of Internet Electronic Commerce Research,' and it is believed that not only the development of information and technology but also the research of social science will be diversified.

Abstract
