대학 조직지원인식, 참여예산 제도, 구성원 인게이지먼트 그리고 학군단 조직성과와의 관계

초록
[연구목적]본 연구는 대학의 학군단 조직을 대상으로 대학본부의 조직지원에 대한 학군단 구성원의 인식과 학군단 조직성과와의 관계를 검증한 것이다. 이를 위해 대학조직지원인식을 독립변수로, 학군단 조직성과를 종속변수로 하여 참여예산제도, 구성원 인게이지먼트의 매개역할을 분석하였다. [연구방법]이를 위해 대학조직지원인식을 충분히 이해하고 있는 전국 대학 학군단 구성원들을 설문대상으로 자료를 수집한 후, PLS 구조방정식을 활용하여 연구모형을 분석하고 가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과]대학조직지원인식은 학군단 조직성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 둘째, 대학조직지원인식이 참여예산제도에는 영향을 못 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 대학조직지원인식이 구성원 인게이지먼트에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 넷째, 참여예산제도가 구성원 인게이지먼트에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 참여예산제도가 학군단 조직성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 마지막으로 구성원 인게이지먼트가 학군단 조직성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [정책적 시사점]이러한 결과는 교육환경에 민감한 대학조직이 빠르게 변화하는 사회현상에 대처하기 위해서는 대학조직지원이 학군단의 성과를 내기 위해 참여예산제도와 구성원 인게이지먼트를 적극적으로 이용해야 함을 시사한다.
Abstract
[Purpose]This study verified the relationship between the organizational support of the university headquarters and the organizational performance of the university group for the ROTC organization. [Methodology]For this purpose, data were collected from members of university ROTC nationwide who fully understood the perception of university organizational support, and then the research model was analyzed and hypotheses were verified using the PLS structural equation. [Findings]University perceived organizational support is based on the organization performance of the ROTC, university perceived organizational support recognition affects a member engagement, participatory budget system affects a member engagement, and participation budget system is based on the organization performance of the ROTC. It was found that the member’s engagement had a positive (＋) effect on the organizational performance of the ROTC. Also, it was found that the university perceived organization support did not affect the participation budget system. [Policy Implications]These results suggest that in order to cope with the rapidly changing social phenomenon, university organizational support should actively use the participatory budget system and member engagement to achieve the results of the ROTC.
