대학 내 창업교육이 창업태도에 미치는 영향에서 통제의 위치의 매개효과 및 조절효과에 관한 연구

[Purpose]The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of entrepreneurial education in universities, which is being actively supported by the government, on entrepreneurial attitude, and to identify whether psychological characteristics such as locus of control during the process display either mediating or moderating effects. [Methodology]We assumed entrepreneurial education as an independent variable and entrepreneurial attitude as a dependent variable, while inputting locus of control as mediating and moderating variables in order to identify its effects between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial attitude. [Findings]Entrepreneurial education showed significant and positive effects on entrepreneurial attitude. Entrepreneurial education had significant effects on locus of control, and locus of control had significant effects on entrepreneurial attitude, thereby displaying mediating effects. Meanwhile, no moderating effects of locus of control were found between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial attitude. [Implications]This study is significant since it simultaneously verified mediating and moderating effects of locus of control between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial attitude. Furthermore, this study displays academic and practical significance in that it confirmed the role of locus of control as an intermediate variable when the effects of entrepreneurial education are revealed.
