헤어미용사의 교육훈련만족도가 업무성과와자기효능감에 미치는 영향

The beauty industry is experiencing a crisis due to the excessive increase in the number of beauty salons and Corona 19, and the need for education and training has been raised as a solution to this. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of education and training satisfaction on work performance and self-efficacy, and to seek improvements in education and training to increase work performance and self-efficacy of beauty workers. The survey period is from February 1, 2022 to March 1, 2022, a self-report questionnaire for hairdressers across the country. A regression analysis was performed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the higher the satisfaction with education and training, the higher the work performance and self-efficacy. The results of this study show that education and training institutions need to hire competent instructors for each field and develop various lecture programs that can be directly used in practice. In addition, if the hair salon recognizes the importance of education and training for employees, provides regular education, and increases the satisfaction of education and training through customized education required for individual hairdressers, this will reduce stress on the job, increase job performance, and increase sales. It is thought to be helpful in enhancing the management performance of hair salons and the self-efficacy of hairdressers. The development of the beauty industry if more effective education and training can be provided to hairdressers through a study on the effect of education and training satisfaction according to education types, such as self-education and consignment education, on job satisfaction and performance, where education and training satisfaction is important.
