미용교사의 임파워링 리더십이 미용전공학생의 학습몰입과 수업만족에 미치는 영향

Concerning new online classes in the untact era, this study attempted to investigate the influence of teachers’ empowering leadership on learning flow and course satisfaction against the students majoring in cosmetology. It is meaningful in that online education makes up for the weaknesses of offline training courses. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against students majoring in cosmetology in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. A total of 448 copies were used for final analysis. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS 21.0, and the results found the followings: First, teachers’ empowering leadership had a positive influence on students’ learning flow with statistical significance. Second, teachers’ leadership affected students’ course satisfaction. The study results confirmed that because of COVID-19, ‘untact’ has settled as a new trend. Under such unusual circumstances, students have found it hard to concentrate and get satisfied in class. Therefore, there is a demand for qualified leaders with great communication skills, who can give accurate feedback. In other words, it is anticipated that teachers’ empowering leadership would play a key role in the future and suggest a new teaching method to enhance students’ learning flow and course satisfaction.
