비서전공 전문대학생의 성취목표지향성과 핵심자기평가가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 국내 전문대학에서 비서학을 전공하고 있는 전문대학생들의 성취목표지향성과 핵심자기평가가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 함에 있다. 서울 및 경기권 전문대학에서 비서를 전공하고 있는 203명의 재학생들을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 최종 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성취목표지향성은 전공만족도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 핵심자기평가는 전공만족도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 핵심자기평가는 성취목표지향성과 전공만족도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 전문대학의 비서 전공에 재학중인 학생들의 전공만족도 수준을 높이기 위해 학생들이 학습을 통해 목표하는 바와 그로 인해 기대하고 있는 성과인 성취목표지향성을 고려한 개별 맞춤형 지도가 필요하다는 것과 자신의 능력과 가치에 대해 긍정적으로 평가하고 높은 자아존중감과 자기효능감을 가질 수 있는 다양한 상담 및 지도가 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 대학에서 학생들의 성취목표지향성과 핵심자기평가를 높일 수 있는 개별적 상담지도 전략을 마련하여 전공만족도를 향상시키는 데 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of achievement goal orientation and core self-evaluation on major satisfaction of college students majoring in secretary. The results of the study are as follows; Firstly, achievement goal orientation had a significant positive effect on major satisfaction. Secondly, achievement goal orientation had a significant positive effect on core self-evaluation. Thirdly, core self-evaluation was found to mediate the relationship between achievement goal orientation and major satisfaction. According to the results, in order to increase the major satisfaction level of students, it is necessary to provide individualized guidance considering the goals of the students through learning and the achievement goal orientation, which is the expected outcome. Also various counseling and guidance that can positively evaluate one's own abilities and values to have high self-esteem and self-efficacy are important.
