문제중심학습(PBL)을 적용한 캡스톤 디자인 회의프로젝트 교과목 사례연구

The purpose of this study was to find out the learning outcomes of college students majoring in secretarial studies who had taken capstone design courses that had recently been emphasized as an innovative teaching method in universities, face-to-face and non-face-to-face. This study was conducted by applying the PBL teaching method under the theme of ‘Hybrid type(online and offline parallel) Job Fair Planning’ in the Capstone Design Conference Project, a major subject of H women’s university's secretarial department, and then collected and analyzed data such as student's reflection journals and learning materials. The study found that students experienced the importance of teamwork and problem-solving skills as PBL effects and recognized that practical skills (real experiences) and communication skills improved. In addition, the results were derived in relation to capstone design classes, and satisfaction was high in improving practical skills. These research results are meaningful in that they have experienced student's activeness and practical experience in holding meetings and solving planning problems in the Capstone Design Conference Project course as a study that organized the design of major secretarial classes using PBL teaching and learning methods. Through this study, it is possible to contribute to developing practical secretarial education. It is expected to serve as an opportunity to expand the classes that combine PBL and Capstone design in secretarial education.
